ABOUT OUR PRACTICE
At Elyse Pilates we offer beginner to advanced Pilates, Physical Therapy and Chiropractic Services. Our clients receive customized services specifically designed to optimize their Fitness goals Pre-habilitation and Rehabilitation needs.
Located in WLA close to the 405/10 fws, our private studio space has several large windows to allow for surround air flow in a bright/sunny space. A/C is available as requested. Studio is completely cleaned & sanitized after each client including all foot and hand loops. Ample free parking. Pilates equipment available; Reformers, Cadillac, Core Align, Wunda Chairs, Ladder Barrel, MOTR, Orbit, and tons of auxiliary options.
